As the European institutions advance their work on the next EU Framework Programme for Research and Innovation (FP10), EURASHE welcomes the momentum to shape a programme capable of strengthening Europe’s competitiveness and resilience. Specifically, EURASHE calls for an inclusive FP10 that bridges research and innovation, tackles the European R&I paradox, and supports place-based excellence. It advocates stronger links with Cohesion Policy, coordinated instruments, mission-driven funding, and recognition of applied universities and alliances to deliver impact across all regions of Europe for citizens and industry.
