Secretariat
It is the head office in Brussels, from which the association is run on a daily basis. It is the responsibility of the Secretary General, who liaises with the members of the Board and General Assembly.
The EURASHE Secretariat is composed of different professionals, specialised in management, communication, project management and EU policy. The team is small but very much focused on EURASHE’s mission and vision.

Secretary General
John is engaged in policy and representation activities at EU level focused on higher education learning, teaching, research, engagement with stakeholders and its service for society.

Executive Manager – Governance & Operations
Maja is involved in sustaining processes and strategy, as well as developing and monitoring procedures and policies in the Secretariat. She is also in charge of HR and legal issues while coordinating project administration, finances, planning and implementation.

Operations, Finance and HR Trainee
Pol supports managerial work and general governance operations at EURASHE, including financial and project administration and HR activities.

Jakub Grodecki
Head of Higher Education Policy
Jakub is responsible for following the European policy developments on HE with a particular focus on Quality Assurance, Micro-credentials, and the European Universities Initiative. He is also involved in European projects concerning these areas as well as the Quality Assurance Community of Practice.

Skills, EHEA and HVET
Ana follows European policy developments in the areas of Skills and Vocational Education and Training, while also being involved in European projects around these core themes. She supports the co-leaders of the Skills Community of Practice.

Jip supports EURASHE’s policy work, following the EU’s Research and Innovation policy and developing policy position papers on this topic. He is also directly engaged with the Research Community of Practice.

Matilde Revelli
Head of Strategic Engagement
Matilde is responsible for conceiving and implementing EURASHE’s outreach strategy, engaging with stakeholders within and without the network. She helps to build and maintain relations with members as well as external partners, while leading on communications and event management.

Alice Andrieux
Membership & Communication Officer
Alice manages relations with all EURASHE members, while supporting the planning of the Annual Conference and other events. She is responsible for creating visuals and other communications materials and manages EURASHE’s visual identity.
