University of Applied Sciences Campus Vienna
The University of Applied Sciences Campus Vienna (Hochschule Campus Wien) is the largest university of applied sciences in Austria. With strong academic roots in the MINT disciplines and the health professions, Hochschule Campus Wien focuses on providing practical solutions to societal and technological challenges. Artificial intelligence plays a pivotal role in both teaching and applied research. The departments of Applied Nursing Science, Applied Life Sciences, Building and Design, Health Sciences, Social Sciences, Engineering and Administration, Economics, Security, Politics offer a choice of almost 70 part-time and full-time bachelor’s and master’s degree programs. Applied research and development is bundled in nine subject-specific research centers.
International partnerships are a key element of Hochschule Campus Wien’s strategic development. Through a strong international network, and by embedding internationalisation across curricula, the university enables students, academic staff and professional services staff to learn, teach and conduct research in an international context while fostering mobility, cross‑border cooperation and exchange in teaching and applied research.
Within this broad international engagement, INUAS (International Network of Universities of Applied Sciences) represents a targeted layer of cooperation in Austria, Germany and Switzerland. As a founding member of the DACH‑based network, Hochschule Campus Wien contributes its expertise within a network of like‑minded institutions, while remaining strongly active within European and global higher education networks.
