Nov 2026

Face-to-face

9:30 – 16:30 GMT

Welcome to the “Learning and Teaching Seminar: The state of play of student-centred and lifelong learning”, organised as part of the Bologna Process for Learning and Teaching (BP4LnT) project. Hosted by TU Dublin, the event is organized by EURASHE in partnership with EUA, ESU and Algebra Bernays University.

The seminar provides a dedicated space for exchange between various higher education stakeholders on how student-centred and lifelong learning are being understood and implemented across the EHEA.

The seminar will focus on how these EHEA policy priorities translate into institutional practice and system-level reform, and how lessons learnt from practice, in turn, can nurture further policy making and implementation. It combines plenary inputs and interactive discussions, aiming to connect institutional realities with policy-making perspectives and to feed practice-based insights into ongoing Bologna Process work.

The event is open to participants from ministries and other national-level bodies responsible for higher education, higher education institutions, policy-makers and others with a stake and interest in European higher education.
