NEW OFFICE: APPLIED SCIENCES HOUSE

On 26 March, EURASHE officially inaugurated its new office located at the heart of the European Quarter in Brussels: Applied Sciences House. Designed as a hub for collaboration and knowledge sharing, this space represents the applied sciences sector and reflects the diversity of Europe’s changing higher education systems, its doors open to all who share the same vision, values and objectives of its members.

“Applied Sciences House is a milestone for the applied sciences and for EURASHE, and we’ll do our best to make it a success. It’s more than just the EURASHE office—it’s an open house for universities and all other partners, a powerhouse for education in Europe and beyond.” — said Hannes Raffaseder, EURASHE President.

EngageAll framework

ENGAGECOMP FRAMEWORK FOR STUDENT CIVIC ENGAGEMENT

The EngageAll project recently published a key update: EngageComp, a framework for student civic engagement.

EngageComp (Student Civic Engagement Competences) is a comprehensive framework that recognises and supports the skills students develop through civic engagement. It provides higher education institutions, policymakers, and civic partners with a practical tool for designing, delivering, and validating meaningful student engagement activities.

The Framework is publicly available online here. Though the main text is in English, concise versions of the report are also available in German, Spanish, Dutch and Basque.
