EURASHE Activities
EURASHE MOVES OFFICE
We moved! It’s the beginning of a new era for EURASHE. After 25 years in the Ravenstein Gallery, we have moved to a new office at the heart of the European quarter. Pop in for a coffee, meeting, or just a quick hello at Rue de la Science 14a, 1040 Brussels. Stay tuned for the official opening party in Spring 2026!

HIGH-LEVEL CONFERENCE ON REFORMING RESEARCH ASSESSMENT
On 3-4 December, EURASHE was represented at this event in Copenhagen organised by the Danish Presidency of the Council of the European Union, which officially ends on 31 December. We specifically value the point made in the conference about the need to improve the assessment of teams: research is too often focused on individual academics and yet the evidence is that teams have a greater impact, both on scientific progress and socio-economic outcomes.

STUDENT MOBILITY SUMMIT: QUALITY MOBILITY TODAY & TOMORROW
Offering high-quality student mobility requires continuous efforts from University staff, both strategically and operationally. This effort is especially tested during transition periods, when new budget rules and evolving mobility requirements come into play.
So, what lessons can we draw from past transitions to prepare more effectively for the future? How can staff consistently enhance their mobility services? And how can Universities leverage their influence to shape upcoming mobility programmes? The Student Mobility Summit 2026 offers a unique opportunity to address these questions.
