Combining the strength of diverse stakeholders into its consortium, GLOBAL 2030 aims to promote strategic dialogue between the EHEA and other macro-regions of the world, fostering alignment of practices, peer learning, and transnational cooperation.
Project description
GLOBAL 2030 aims to support the mandate given by the ministers of higher education in the European Higher Education Area (EHEA) in the Tirana Communiqué to ‘continue to develop and strengthen dialogue and collaboration with macro regions on various levels and with appropriate interlocutors’.
By stronger engagement with global partners, the project will improve joint efforts in contributing to global shared targets, including achieving sustainable development goals and inclusive access to quality higher education, and remove barriers in international cooperation of higher education institutions, thus supporting mobility of student and staff.
