This initiative by Vilniaus kolegija / Higher Education Institution (HEI) addresses the challenge of moving away from traditional, lecture-based teaching towards learning formats that are more innovative, engaging, and practice-oriented. Employers are increasingly demanding graduates who possess crucial transversal skills such as creativity, problem-solving capacity, and teamwork skills.
To meet these needs, the Faculty of Business Management integrated the Creative Platform methodology into its teaching and project activities. This methodology aims to strengthen innovation, creativity, and problem-solving abilities among both staff and students.
The core approach is to promote collaborative, non-hierarchical learning environments where participants are encouraged to contribute ideas freely. Students are guided through structured creative exercises to develop innovative solutions for real business challenges and think beyond conventional frameworks.
