The Malta Further and Higher Education Authority (MFHEA) has just launched the fifth edition for the Referencing Report, reflecting multiple changes that have occurred in the Maltese education sector over recent years while maintaining established, strong foundations and ensuring consistent quality.
This report represents the updated educational framework for Malta, outlining the main pathways across compulsory, further, and higher education in Malta, both within academic and vocational education, providing a clearer understanding of the relationship between levels and credits, as well as information on credit requirements associated with the MQF Levels and qualifications. Ultimately, this edition aims to further improve clarity and comparability of qualifications.
A few words regarding the EUROGRADUATE survey. This is a pilot survey conducted among graduates across select European countries. Its objective is to pave the way for a sustainable survey of graduates on a European scale. This initiative represents an exciting opportunity to map out the impact that European graduates’ experiences during their time as students have had on their professional lives and their contributions as European citizens.
These two initiatives, that MFHEA celebrated on this day, are designed to offer valuable guidance to educational institutions, learners, employers, and the international community.
