On 13 March, Prof. Miglena Temelkova, Rector of the University of Telecommunications and Post (UTP) was elected President of the Council of Rectors in Bulgaria.
Temelkova is the first female President of the Rectors Council in the last 20 years. Her election on this position is recognition of UTP’ s fast development and innovative approach.
