This year’s focus on Innovative Teaching Methodologies offers a hands-on experience for educators to engage with modern pedagogical approaches, such as Flipped Classroom, Project-Based Learning, Gamification, and more. Participants will take part in interactive lectures, workshops, and collaborative pilot teaching sessions designed to translate theory into practice.

‼️ Info for participants: During the program in Maribor, each participant will need to:
deliver one 45-minute guest lecture to Academia students by using a selected innovative teaching method
observe (at least) one 45-minute lecture from a colleague

Therefore, once nominating a staff member, we will need the following info from your side: name, surname, email, field of expertise, selected field/subject for the lecture (see the attached list of options), and selected innovative method (see the attached list of options).

The International Staff Week will be organized as an Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Program (BIP). We kindly ask Erasmus+ coordinators to get in touch with us. After the initial interest, we will initiate IIA via EWP and send you the draft of the Mobility Agreement.

  • Use of AI & Digital Tools in Education: Exploring how artificial intelligence and other digital tools can transform teaching and learning experiences.

  • Hybrid and Remote Learning: Developing strategies for managing diverse and online classrooms.
