On 25-26 January, the Malta Further and Higher Education Authority (MFHEA) hosted the 9th ASEM Education Ministers Meeting (ASEMME9). The gathering brought together ASEM Ministers, their delegations, and representatives of ASEM Stakeholders, all united under the theme “Leaving No One Behind.”
Hon. Dr. Clifton Grima, Minister for Education, Sport, Youth, Research, and Innovation of Malta, along with ASEM Ministers, Deputy Ministers, Secretaries of State, Ambassadors, and delegates from Asia and Europe were present at the meeting.
The meeting emphasised he commitment to personal and professional growth fostered by lifelong learning. The primary objective was to focus on personal and professional growth driven by ongoing initiatives to foster lifelong learning. The overall goal of the conference was to learn from one another and leveraging existing expertise to create a more inclusive and equitable educational landscape.
