Three new members join EURASHE

EURASHE welcomes three new member organisations University of Telecommunications and Posts (UTP) from Bulgaria and Neapolis University Pafos (NUP) from Cyprus as full members and Tashkent State University of Law (TSUL) from Uzbekistan as an affiliate member.

University of Telecommunications and Posts (UTP) is a successor of the State Telegraph School, founded in 1881. The development and modern education is a major priority of the University, so its focus today is the training of specialists in the field of telecommunications, information technology and management. More than 1100 students are taught in specialities like Telecommunication technologies, Wireless communications and broadcasting, Computer administration of software applications and Management and information technologies in telecommunications and post.

Neapolis University Pafos (NUP) is a private University located in Pafos Cyprus and has been founded in 2010. At present the University comprises five Schools (Economics, Administration and Computer Science, Law, Health Sciences, Architecture, Engineering, Land and Environmental Sciences, Social Sciences, Arts and Humanities), serving undergraduate and postgraduate studies in more than twenty Bachelor and Master Degrees. For 2017, the seventh year in a row, Neapolis University has been ranked among the top 5 universities in Cyprus.

Tashkent State University of Law (TSUL) is the main higher educational and scientific institution for educating, training and retraining of lawyers in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The university comprises 12 specialized and 3 general-studies departments, a center of professional legal training and career development based on international standards, a specialized branch for training and retraining of legal personnel in the sphere of crime prevention, public security and Academic Lyceum.

Currently, EURASHE has 65 members which represent more than 600 higher education institutions around the world.
