Tess van den Brink is a Policy and Project Officer at EURASHE. Within the Secretariat, she is following the development of the policy agenda and activities on teaching and learning, higher education transformation, digitalisation and sustainability. She is also responsible for developing and coordinating EURASHE’s input in projects related to the European Higher Education Area and the European Education Area.
Before joining EURASHE she worked on higher education policy in the Directorate-General for Education, Youth, Sport and Culture at the European Commission. She also gathered work experience in communications, student representation, and event planning in the Netherlands, Finland and Ireland.
Tess has graduated from a Master’s degree in European Politics and Governance at the University of Limerick and a Master’s degree in Tourism, Culture and International Management at the University of Lapland. She obtained her BBA in Tourism management at Inholland University of Applied Sciences, the Netherlands. Tess is fluent in Dutch, English and Italian and has a good understanding of French, German and Spanish.
