This project had the purpose to make a detailed analysis of existing Sub-degree (Tertiary Short Cycle) Education in Europe. The study consists of a comparative studyand a brief summary of the situation of HE and especially TSC in all Bologna signatory countries. The authors have focused mainly on public education, and only in special cases on education in the private sector. The eventual aim of the study was to promote that students and teachers from a substantial part of TSC education can become an integrated part of higher education, by including TSC education in the Bologna-process and thereby enhancing the transparency and recognition of TSC education in Europe.
