The project aims to increase management capacities of the universities in Mongolia, Cambodia and Vietnam and to increase internationalization and international recognition of the partner universities in the countries involved and make them competitive in the global market.
The current situation shows a great need for investment into the management capacities and internationalization of the universities in the Partner countries. The project proposes to create tools and training for increasing professionalization of the management and to transfer of innovation and information between the partners and create a network for cooperation. The exchanges of experience between the European countries and the Partners countries will build an appropriate organization to promote the EU Higher Education, internationalization of the management structures which will lead to international recognition of the universities, scientific excellence and have significant influence on the whole education system.
The selected target groups will be approached:
Administration directors and student services.
The project will:
Create tools and methods for professionalization and professional development of the management and administrative staff;
Promote cooperation between the partners;
Promote voluntary convergence with EU developments in higher education;
Promote people-to-people contacts, intercultural awareness and understanding.
