Ulla Preeden

Since 2016, Ulla is the Rector of Tartu Health Care College in Estonia. She is passionate about improving the quality of higher education and convinced that higher education institution has an important role and good opportunity to serve the community by increasing the awareness in different health care fields. In 2009, Ulla finished PhD studies in the field of geology and geophysics in University of Tartu. During 2008-2011 she worked as a researcher at the University of Tartu and from 2011 to 2016 she worked as the Governor of Põlva County. She is a member of the Rectorsʼ Conference of Universities of Applied Sciences of Estonia. In 2018/2019, she was the Chair of the Rectorsʼ Conference of Universities of
Applied Sciences of Estonia.
