Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area (ESG)

ESG_2015The Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area, also know as the European Standards and Guidelines, or ESG, have been developed in co-operation and consultation within the E4-Group (ENQA, ESU, EUA, EURASHE) under the leadership of ENQA. The ESG were presented to the Bologna Follow-Up Group (BFUG) on 1 March 2005 and submitted to the 2005 Bologna Ministerial Conference in Bergen in May 2005. The revised version, the ESG 2015, were approved during the 2015 EHEA Ministerial conference in Yerevan, Armenia.

More information on the ESG, including (unofficial) translations, is available on the website of ENQA here.
