Research on Future Skills is one of the current hot topics in education, management and organizational research. In times of global networked organizations and steadily accelerating product cycles, the model of qualification for future jobs seems debatable. Can we really prepare graduates and employees for the future by the predominant model of knowledge acquisition? Do we already have adequate concepts for competence development in higher education and work environments?
The Masterclass led by Prof. Ulf-Daniel Ehlers, one of the key learning innovation experts in Europe, will introduce the latest developments of the skills for tomorrow‘s graduates and the strategies how to achieve them.
The participants of the event are encouraged to send their question before the meeting or raise them during the debate in the Zoom chatbox.
The webinar will take place on 19 May 2020 from 13:00 to 14:30 (CEST) on Zoom.
Dr. phil. Habil Ulf-Daniel Ehlers, Professor for Educational Management and Lifelong Learning, Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg Karlsruhe/ Vice President, EURASHE
