On 10 October, General Assembly members elected Nijolė Zinkevičienė, Vice Rector for Research and Partnerships at Vilniaus kolegija /University of Applied Sciences, as a new EURASHE Board member. Mrs Zinkevičienė will replace a former Board member Alan Sherry who resigned earlier this year.
Mr Zinkevičienė has been an active member of the professional higher education sector and EURASHE activities. Within the organisation she is a member of EURASHE Research and Innovation working group and UASnet Steering Committee which is a part of EURASHE co-founded network UAS4Europe.
EURASHE Board is an executive body of the organisation and consists of the President, Vice Presidents and six Board members.
