The longstanding French experience in Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) offers us lessons.
1. Competence is not equal to Learning outcomes
2. Validation is more complex than a verification based on examination
3. Quality Assurance is all about trust.
For the future, we hope even more worker can benefit from the recognition of their prior learning.
