The initiative "e-Government Ph.D. Study" tries to trigger international interest. The concept is based on interdisciplinary of e-Government study and research; mentoring, technology, management and administrative technology and service capacities of Polytechnic of Zagreb as a host for e-Government Mentor Capacity Network; national and international mentoring partnerships ; participation of demand side representatives (in a Triple Helix conceptual framework); added value to existing postgraduate studies. The project in exposed concretely in the presentation.
