The EQUIP project aims at supporting higher education in implementing the ESG and using them as a tool for change.
The Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area, also known as the European Standards and Guidelines or ESG, are the basis for quality assurance in the European Higher Education Area (EHEA). They are one of the main achievements of the Bologna Process and its follow-up structure, the Bologna Follow-Up Group (BFUG) in the past decade. The ESG 2015 were adopted by ministers in charge of higher education in the EHEA during their conference in Yerevan, in May 2015.
Therefore the EQUIP project has printed 15,000 copies of the ESG 2015 on behalf of the authors. They will be disseminated throughout higher education in Europe in the coming days and weeks.
One of the first opportunities to receive a copy of the ESG 2015 is the 10th European Quality Assurance Forum (EQAF), the premier event for quality assurance in higher education in Europe, organised this year on 19-21 November, in London, UK. More on EQAF is available here.
