Eugenija Vagnerienė is a Director of a private non-profit institution of professional higher education, V. A. Graciunas School of Management (AVM), with primary responsibility for the development and operations of the school in two major Lithuanian cities as well as abroad. She is a founder of the first business school in Lithuania in 1993 where she spent 20 years of active participation in national and international education related activities. Eugenija Vagneriene is professionally active in international education since 1992 and her portfolio expanded to include President of the Ulixes Consortium (E.E.I.G.) and member of Lithuanian Council of Education at the Parlament. She is a co-founder of the first international organizations in Lithuania– Junior Chamber International (JCI) and Sorroptimist Intenational (SI) and other pioneering initiatives that help to build networks. Eugenija Vagneriene holds an Undergraduate and Master degree in Philology from Vilnius University, Lithuania.
