Mr Hervé Pilon has held the position of General Director at Cégep André-Laurendeau in Montreal for eight years. Prior to this, he was academic dean for two years at the same institution. Before that, he worked as a career training and human resources consultant for more than seven years. Mr Pilon also worked for five years as the Director of Business Services at Maisonneuve College in Montreal. Previous to that, he sat as a Counsellor for the city of Montreal for four years. Hervé Pilon graduated with a Master’s Degree in Administration from the University of Public Administration (ENAP). His education also includes studies in Political Science, with a specialization in international relations. Mr Pilon has been Chairman of the Board for Cégep International for three years. In this role, he has taken part in many missions and international conferences. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the University of Public Administration (ENAP), Chairman of the Board of Cégep André-Laurendeau’s two College Centres of Technology Transfer (OPTECH, IILM), Chairman of LaSalle Economic Development Corporation (DEL) and Vice-president of Quebec photonic network (Réseau photonique du Québec). Lately, he became a member of the Board of Directors of World University Service of Canada (WUSC).
