Catherine Owen

Catherine Owen is currently a PhD candidate and researcher in strategy at the Adam Smith Business School at the University of Glasgow. Catherine has worked as an international researcher and consultant in higher education policy, with emphasis on the management of educational quality policy and educational development in CEE, Western Balkans and accession country universities. Catherine co-ordinated the UK contribution to the EACEA IBAR project which identified barriers to the adoption of the ESG at institutional level in seven European countries. Catherine is a consultant to a number of European universities and has served as an international member of university quality accreditation panels.
