Mitja Drenik from DayAct, CEO is the entrepreneur and author of personal development methodologies and the concept of human resources under the feedback loop. Since 1997 Mitja is engaged in the psychology of decision-making, gaining insight through a successful career in the business world. As an expert in business processes (HR management, CRM strategy, sales, marketing, etc.) he met with various profiles of people (from TOP management in multinational companies to companies with one employee) and their way of thinking and decision-making. Understanding the needs of people on one hand and organizations on the other, led him to his recent engagement – development of the DayAct HR strategy which is aimed to ensure synergy of interests between the organization and a person.
