8th European Quality Assurance Forum (EQAF) – Registrations Open!

E4-Group_logoThe registrations are open for the 8th edition of the European Quality Assurance Forum (EQAF), which will take place at the University of Gothenburg, Sweden, from 21 to 23 November 2013.

Through a mix of plenary and parallel sessions, the 2013 EQAF, entitled ‘Working together to take quality forward’, will combine practice-oriented or research-based discussions that will take place in the paper sessions and workshops with presentations of current developments in quality assurance (QA).

The programme is now available as well as further information on the plenary, paper and workshop sessions over the three days of the Forum.

Members of EURASHE, co-organiser of EQAF, enjoy a reduced fee. The deadline for the early-bird registration fee is 18 October 2013. The final registration deadline is 4 November 2013. Register here.

This year the Forum will specifically explore how both individuals and organisations can better understand the role that quality assurance can play in their daily lives, get engaged and work together to take quality forward.

Participation in the 8th European Quality Assurance Forum is open to rectors, vice-rectors responsible for QA, QA officers in higher education institutions, academic and administrative staff, students, QA agencies, NGOs working in the field of higher education, interested stakeholders and researchers working in the QA area.

The call for contributions is still open for QA practitioners in higher education institutions and quality assurance agencies, students, institutional leaders and researchers in the field. Two types of contributions are sought: papers and workshops. The call remains open until 2 August 2013. EURASHE members are encouraged to contribute to the 8th edition of EQAF.
