HOW TO REGISTER TO THE CONFERENCE

Conference fees are the followings:

EURASHE Member – € 350.00

EURASHE Non-Member – € 425.00

Events’ fees are the following:

•  Social Programme- Guided Tour of Riga will take place on Saturday 12, at 10.30am- you shall register on the first day of the conference 
• The Gala Dinner will be held the second day of the Conference, from 8pm to 10pm. The price for this is € 42.00 and it is included for the Conference participants. However, it can also be booked for an accompanying person.

HOW TO  BOOK A HOTEL ROOM

Please read carefully the following instructions.

Reservation Form 1 – Albert Hotel

There are still 70 single rooms and 10 Business Class rooms available. [updated 5 April]

The price per night for a single room is 50€ and the registration form gives the opportunity to the participants of the annual conference to benefit from a special fare.

Reservation Form 2 – Radisson Blu Hotel Latvija

Other hotel possibilities are: 

“Hotel Riga“; ”Avalon Hotel“; ”Radisson Blu Hotel Rīdzene“, however there are no specific fares or advantages for the Annual Conference participants
